Storable CRM Rebrand
To better align Storable CRM with the Storable brand, we’ve retired the CallPotential logo with the familiar Storable logo and updated our color scheme. Your software still provides the same powerful tools to manage your storage facility– but now, with an updated look and feel. Everything still functions the same; no interface changes are part of this update, other than new colors and icons.

Rental Review for Move-Ins (Edge-integrated accounts)
Edge-integrated facilities now include Rental Review during the move-in process. When enabled in Edge, this feature automatically surfaces potential matches to tenants flagged for Rental Review. Updated Password Requirements
Starting in early 2026, we're implementing new password requirements. This ensures a more secure and reliable Storable CRM experience. New password requirements include:
One upper-case letter
One lower-case letter
One number
One special character
Minimum 12 characters, maximum 40 characters
The new password cannot be the same as any of the last 4 passwords.
Passwords must be updated every 90 days.
