Place a Call to the Primary Number
Open the relevant interaction card in your workspace.
Locate the Information Ribbon (A) at the top of the interaction card to access call controls and contact details. Confirm that you are connected using your preferred phone option (VoIP, traditional phone, or computer audio).
Click the Phone Icon (B) on the interaction card to place a call to the primary number.
If connected via VoIP or a traditional phone, answer the ringing phone to connect to the caller. Depending on your management’s settings, you may also need to press 1 to complete the connection.
If connected via computer audio, you are automatically connected when you click the phone icon.
Confirm that additional numbers are saved to the account for the interaction.
Click the Phone Dropdown (C) to view the list of additional numbers associated with the account.
Locate the desired number and click the Phone Icon (D) next to it to start the call.
If connected via VoIP or a traditional phone, answer the ringing phone to connect. Depending on your management’s settings, you may also need to press 1 to complete the connection.
If connected via computer, allow your browser (for example, Chrome) to access your microphone when prompted so the call can connect.
If the call bar shows "No Mic" instead of connecting, update your microphone permissions in your browser settings and try again.
End a Call
If connected via computer audio, click the End Call Icon (E) to disconnect from the caller.
If connected via VoIP or a traditional phone, simply hang up your phone to end the call.
