This guide shows how to configure channel rates that will appear in the Storable CRM Lead card.
Access
(A) Corporate - Click to open your list of integrated facilities.
(B) Settings - Click to open your available settings.
(C) Software Settings - Click to open your software settings.
(D) Channel Rate (APIs) - Click to designate the rate that will be displayed for each third-party integration.
Select Your Channel Rate
(E) Call Center Service Storable CRM - Click to see a list of available rates.
(F) Select Rate - Select your rate you want displayed within Storable CRM on your Lead card.
(G) Facility dropdown - Click to expand and see a full list of your facilities.
(H) Select a Facility(s) - Select the facility(s) you want the rate applied. Note: You can select multiple facilities at once or click the global checkbox at the top to select all the facilities.
(I) Save - Once you've completed edits, this becomes enabled. Click to apply your new setting.
