Deleting a Secondary Number from a Lead's Record

While the Lead’s primary number can’t be deleted, if additional numbers were added and then need to be deleted from the record. Follow these steps to delete any additional numbers added to a Lead’s record.

  • (A) Phone dropdown - Click to start the process.

  • (B) Delete icon - Click to delete the specific number. Note: You can only delete secondary numbers. The primary number on a Lead's record can't be deleted.

  • (C) Save - Click to apply your changes to the Lead’s record.
