Employee Usage

Storable CRM

This report provides a look into how your employees are using the Storable CRM software.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

Calls by Employee

  • Employee - The employee whose usage is being referenced.

  • Location - The location where the employee works.

  • Lead - The number of inbound calls that have been determined to be associated with a Lead.

  • Customer - The number of inbound calls that have been determined to be associated with a Customer.

Leads by Employee

  • Employee - This is the employee who created and/or removed the Lead.

  • Location - The location where the Lead was created.

  • Created - The number of Leads created.

  • Removed - The number of Leads that have been removed or cancelled.

Follow-ups Completed

  • Employee - The employee whose usage is being referenced.

  • Location - The location where the Lead was created.

  • Via Call - The number of Follow-up calls.

  • Via Text - The number of Follow-up texts.

  • Via Email - The number of Follow-up emails.

  • Overridden - The number of Follow-ups not completed due to a delayed event.

Collections Completed

  • Employee - The employee whose usage is being referenced.

  • Location - The location where the Customer was created.

  • Via Call - The number of Collection calls.

  • Via Text - The number of Collection texts.

  • Via Email - The number of Collection emails.

  • Overridden - The number of Collections not completed due to a Promise to Pay.
