Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.
EMPLOYEE - Indicates the specific employee who has graded calls.
# GRADES - The total number of graded employee calls.
Avg Grade - The average grade from all employee graded calls.
Grade Columns - Provides more detailed grade breakdown information for each employee.
