Solution

If you have already worked with your company's IT team to successfully install phones at your site, you will need to get Storable CRM involved to program them. Storable CRM support will need the IP address for each phone.

  • To find the IP address for a corded phone, click OK once.

  • To find the IP address for a cordless phone, click OK 3x.

Note: You will also need your TeamViewer login credentials.
