Storable CRM

This guide explains how to configure the online move-in settings through Edge to ensure a successful move-in experience within Storable CRM.

Access

  • (A) Corporate - Click to open your Corporate Dashboard.

  • (B) Settings - Click to open your Settings Dashboard.

  • (C) Rental Center Settings - Click to access your list of Rental Center Settings.

  • (D) Online Move-ins - Click to view the Online Move-in Settings.

Edit Online Move-in Options

  • (E) Enable online move-ins - This needs to be set to Yes to successfully process Move-ins through Storable CRM.

  • (F) Save - Once you've completed edits for a particular setting, this becomes enabled. Click to apply your new setting. Note: Each setting has its own Save which you will need to click if you've made changes.

  • (G) Hide unavailable units from inventory - We recommend setting this to No. Note: If set to Yes you may notice certain units displayed in Edge not visible in Storable CRM.

  • (H) Require lock selection at move-in - This should be set to No since there is no option to select a lock in Storable CRM.

  • (I) Require contact for move-in - This should be set to No since Storable CRM is unable to capture alternate contact information.

  • (J) Require autopay for move-in - This should be set to No.

  • (K) Enable autopay by default - This should be set to No. Note: There is an option to enable autopay when processing payment in Storable CRM.

  • (L) Require insurance for move-in - This can be set to either Yes or No. For more information on configuring this setting, click here.

  • (M) Require service for move-in - This should be set to No.
