Outstanding Unprocessed Calls

If a call comes in and you do not process it (work within the system to categorize and save the call), it will appear on your Unprocessed list. Unprocessed calls could include calls you answered while out on the property, away from your computer, or even voicemail messages. You will want to process all calls so they can be tracked properly.

  • History icon - Click to access your Unprocessed Call list. The number badge indicates how many calls need to be processed.
