This report summarizes the performance of your ads in a given date range, providing insight into which ones are effectively impacting your sales.
Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.
Ad Performance - Calls
Ad Source & Location—These columns list each Ad Source and the Location where it exists. This allows you to view each Location by its individual Ad Source and add up all the Locations to determine the total for the given Ad Source.
All - The number of calls on a particular Ad Source, including multiple calls from the same caller.
Lead - The number of calls marked as a Lead and have come from a particular Ad Source.
Ad Performance - Leads

Total - The total number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source.
Active - The number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that are still Active, not Cancelled or Rented.
Rented - The number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that have been Rented, not Cancelled or Active.
Lost - The number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that have been Cancelled, not Rented or Active.
Closing(%) - The percentage of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that Rented.
