Grade a Location

Storable CRM

Grade locations consistently so leaders can monitor site performance, compare results, and address issues quickly.

Quick Start:

Open the Evaluations area from the left-hand navigation.

Go to the Location tab and search or filter to find the location you need.

Open the gradesheet, adjust the question scores, add any notes, and save your changes.

Prerequisite
You must be an Administrator, Manager, or Evaluator with permission to grade locations.

Access the Location Grading Page

  1. In the left-hand navigation, select Evaluations (A) to open the evaluations workspace where you can manage grading activities.

  2. From your To-Do list, select the Location (B) tab to open the full list of locations that can be graded.

Search For a Location To Grade

  1. Use Search (C) to quickly find a specific location by entering the Location Name; the list updates dynamically as you type.

  2. Select Filter By Locations (D) to narrow the list to specific locations.

  3. Use Filter By Time (E) to limit location grades by date range, such as All Time, Today, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, or a custom timeframe.

  4. Select the plus icon to open Additional Filters (F) and filter the list by Grader.

  5. After choosing your filters, select Apply Filters (G) to refresh the list or Reset (H) to remove filters and return to the original list.

Archive or Restore Location Grades

  1. In the location grades list, select the checkbox beside one or more locations, or use the global checkbox to select all, using Select Location(s) (I).

  2. Choose Archive (J) to remove the selected location grades from the active list.

  3. Use Active (K) to display only active location grades; the active view is highlighted.

  4. Select Archived (L) to display archived location grades and repeat the selection and action steps in reverse to unarchive them.

Create or Edit a Location Grade

  1. To adjust an existing grade, open the list and select the grade using Edit a Location's Grade (M); the editing process is the same as grading for the first time.

  2. To start a new gradesheet, select Grade a Location (N); a new gradesheet opens with placeholder grades that you can update.

  3. On a new gradesheet, use Select A Location To Grade (O) to choose the specific location from the dropdown list.

  4. Review the Grading Information (P) section to confirm details for an edited gradesheet, or note that it will be blank for a new grade.

  5. Choose the appropriate template using Select A Gradesheet (Q), then select Cancel (R) at any time to close the gradesheet and return to the Location list without saving.

Complete and Save The Gradesheet

  1. Select Download Gradebook PDF (S) to export the current gradesheet as a PDF for offline review or sharing.

  2. Use Exclude Question From Grading (T) to remove a question from contributing to the overall score; excluded points are removed from the total.

  3. Adjust each score using Grade Question (U) by clicking and dragging the grade indicator; section and overall grades update automatically.

  4. After scoring a question, select the note field for Add A Question Note (V) to capture context specific to that question.

  5. Use Add A Call Note (W) to enter notes that apply to the entire gradesheet, using the same process as question notes.

  1. When grading is complete, select Save (X) to commit your entries; the gradesheet closes, and you return to the Location list.
