Viewing the Exclusion List

Storable CRM

Leads and Customers can request their phone numbers get removed from receiving auto calls & texts from Storable CRM. These requests can be initiated by Leads or Customers by replying "Stop" to inbound texts or system users at the request of a Lead or Customer. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to view these excluded numbers.

You must be signed into Storable CRM's web app as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and view the Exclusions List.

Access

  • (A) Settings - Click to access all your available administrative settings.

  • (B) TXT Opt Out - Click to open your Text Opt Out settings.

  • (C) View Exclusion List - Click to view the full list of excluded phone numbers organized by your location(s).

Exclusion List

The Exclusion List will show only excluded numbers for the location selected (D).

  • (D) Filter by Location - Click the dropdown to select a location. Once you have selected a new location, the list will automatically update.

  • (E) Search - Enter to search for a specific number at the selected location (D). The list will dynamically update as you enter digits.

Each column can be sorted. One click sorts each column alphanumerically, two clicks sort each column reverse alphanumerically, and three clicks remove all sorting and have it appear as it originally did.

  • (F) Phone Number - This lists the phone number that is excluded from calls and texts.

  • (G) Date Excluded - This indicates when the exclusion request was created.

  • (H) Location - This is the location where the Lead or Customer record associated with the phone number is located.

  • (I) Excluded By - This shows who initiated the exclusion request. Exclusion requests can be initiated by the Lead or Customer or the system on behalf of the Lead or Customer. Note: Exclusion requests are removed when a Lead moves in and becomes a Tenant.
