Setup Insurance Options for Successful Storable CRM Move-ins

Storable CRM

This guide shows how to properly set up unit insurance options within Edge so that users can successfully move-in Leads through Storable CRM.

Access

  • (A) Corporate - Click to open your Corporate Dashboard.

  • (B) Settings - Click to open your Settings Dashboard.

  • (C) Rental Center Settings - Click to access your list of Rental Center Settings.

  • (D) Online Move-ins - Click to view the Online Move-in Settings.

Indicate if you Want Required Insurance

  • (E) Require Insurance for Move-In - Once you indicate 'Yes' or 'No', you will then assign which locations will be adhering to the setting by clicking Facilities followed by clicking Save specific to this row.

    • If you select 'Yes' - Ensure that no individual Unit Types are set to Do Not Allow Store Insurance on this Unit Type as this will cause problems when attempting move-in's through Storable CRM. You can check this by completing the remainder of the guide.

    • If you select 'No' - No additional steps need to be completed.

  • (F) Settings - Click to return to the Settings Dashboard.

  • (G) Software Settings - Click to access your list of Software Settings.

  • (H) Unit Types - Click to view the Unit Type Settings.

  • (I) Edit - You will need to click Edit for each Unit Type listed to verify that the Do Not Allow Store Insurance on this Unit Type is not selected.

  • (J) Do Not Allow Store Insurance on this Unit Type - Make sure this is unchecked.

  • (K) Save - Once you've verified that this is unchecked, click Save.
