Create Evaluation Rules to consistently assign the right calls, graders, and gradesheets across your locations.
Quick Start
Open the Evaluation Engine from system settings and start a new rule.
Assign locations, roles, and any user exclusions.
Choose the call types, gradesheet, schedule, and evaluation volume.
Review the rule and save it to activate assignments.
Prerequisite
You must be signed in to the Storable CRM web application as an administrator.
Create an Evaluation Rule
Open the Evaluation Engine
-
Select the Settings icon (A) to open system administrative settings.
-
In the lower half of the settings list, select Evaluation Engine (B). From this page, you can create, edit, archive, or reactivate Evaluation Rules.
-
Select New Rule (C) to begin creating an Evaluation Rule.
Assign Locations
Enter a concise, descriptive Rule Title (D). This title appears in the Evaluation list and should summarize who and what the rule assigns.
In Select Location(s) (E), select one or more locations. Select Select All to include every location, or use the search field to find a specific location.
Select the right-facing arrow (F) to move the selected locations to the Assigned list. Use the reverse process to unassign locations.
Set Allow same-store grading (G) based on whether users at the same location can grade each other. If only one location is assigned, turning this setting off prevents calls from being assigned.
-
Select Next (H) to continue.
Assign Roles
In Select Roles this Rule will Apply to (I), choose one or both roles that should receive Evaluation tasks.
In Exclude User(s) Selection (J), select users to exclude. Search for users as needed. If you exclude all users, no Evaluations are sent.
Select the right-facing arrow (K) to move selected users to the Excluded list. Use the reverse process to include a user again.
Enable Inform evaluators when assignments are sent (L) to email users when they receive Evaluation tasks. Users without a working email address must sign in to the web application to view assigned tasks.
Enable Allow agents to grade each other (M) to allow Agents to peer-evaluate calls. If you select only Agents in step I, they receive Self Evaluations only.
-
Select Next (N) to continue.
Assign Calls
In What call type will this rule apply to (O), select the type of calls to evaluate, such as Lead calls.
In Which call should be pulled first (P), choose Most Recent to select the newest calls or Beginning of Grading Period to select calls that occurred since Evaluations were last assigned.
When using Most Recent, enable Only include calls since last run (Q) to include only calls from the current Evaluation period.
-
Select Next (R) to choose the gradesheet.
Assign a Gradesheet and Schedule
In Select a default gradesheet for this rule (S), choose the gradesheet used to evaluate calls. See Creating a Gradesheet or Editing Gradesheets for guidance.
In How often should calls be sent for evaluation? (T), select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. For weekly or monthly schedules, select the applicable day or date.
In Number of calls to be evaluated (U), enter the number of Self and Peer evaluations to send at the chosen frequency. Peer volume is calculated from the number of Self evaluations. For example, two Self calls with two Peer evaluations each results in four Peer evaluations.
-
Select Next (V) to review the rule.
Review and Save the Rule
Select Cancel (W) to discard your changes and return to the Evaluation Rule list.
Select Back (X) to return to the previous screen and make changes. Select it multiple times to return further in the setup flow.
-
Review the rule, then select Save (Y) to activate it immediately for the chosen locations and users.
