You can see location-based data on Leads lost to competitors. Enter your Start Date, End Date, and specific Location to view.
The report data includes the Competitor which Leads have been lost to, along with Total Leads created for that location, and Leads Lost (leads canceled for given date range).
Location - All locations listed on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.
Competitor - The top 3 competitors, in the given date range, to which Leads have been lost, if selected in CallPotential when the manager cancels a Lead.
Total Leads - The total number of Leads that have been created for the given date range.
Leads Lost - The total number of Leads that have been cancelled for the given date range.
