The purpose of this guide is to explain how to confirm your SSM settings are correct if you find that unit types aren’t showing in Storable CRM.
Access
(A) Settings - Click to view the user menu.
(B) Administration - Click here. Note: You must be signed into SSM as an administrator to see this option.
Select the Facility with the Issue
(C) Facility - Click to open additional facility settings.
(D) Facility Info - Click to open your facility list where you can select and edit a specific facility.
(E) Facility - From your list of facilities, select the one that is not showing a unit type in Storable CRM.
Select & Enable the Unit Type
(F) Additional Options - Along the top option banner, click the 3 dots to access additional options.
(G) Type - Select Type. Note: You may need to scroll down.
(H) Unit Type - Select the unit type from the list that isn’t showing in Storable CRM.
(I) Do Not Display for Online Reservations - Make sure this setting is not selected. This allows the unit type to appear for Reservations in Storable CRM.
Save Your Changes
(J) Save - With your configurations updated, click to save them.
