Allow Unit Types to Appear in Storable CRM

Storable CRM

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to confirm your SSM settings are correct if you find that unit types aren’t showing in Storable CRM.

Access

  • (A) Settings - Click to view the user menu.

  • (B) Administration - Click here. Note: You must be signed into SSM as an administrator to see this option.

Select the Facility with the Issue

  • (C) Facility - Click to open additional facility settings.

  • (D) Facility Info - Click to open your facility list where you can select and edit a specific facility.

  • (E) Facility - From your list of facilities, select the one that is not showing a unit type in Storable CRM.

Select & Enable the Unit Type

  • (F) Additional Options - Along the top option banner, click the 3 dots to access additional options.

  • (G) Type - Select Type. Note: You may need to scroll down.

  • (H) Unit Type - Select the unit type from the list that isn’t showing in Storable CRM.

  • (I) Do Not Display for Online Reservations - Make sure this setting is not selected. This allows the unit type to appear for Reservations in Storable CRM.

Save Your Changes

  • (J) Save - With your configurations updated, click to save them.
