This report provides insight into rate adjustments Leads receive and includes information based on location, unit type and the agent who provided the rate adjustment.

Reporting data includes Location name, size, type, and and any special rate applied. You can also view the standard and and adjusted rates, discount applied, your employee who adjusted the rate, and the ID number associated with the Lead.

  • Location - The location that the Lead (whose rent was changed) is associated.

  • Name - The Lead whose rate was changed.

  • Unit Size - The size of the unit that received the rate adjustment.

  • Unit Type - The type of the unit.

  • Special - The special applied to the unit.

  • Standard Rate - The standard unit rate prior to any adjustment made.

  • Adjusted Rate - Adjusted unit rate

  • Discount - The percent discount the Lead received on the rate adjustment.

  • Employee - The employee who made the rate adjustment.

  • Lead ID - The identification number that’s associated with the Lead.
