The Search Locations feature allows you to find the best possible units for leads and tenants across all locations and display inventory from multiple locations in the inventory list, with options to sort and filter. You can search based on the distance from your current location or within a zip code.
View and Select Inventory – Current Location
From the lead or customer screen, click Search Locations.
In the Search Locations box, select a radius distance. Choose the available locations you would like to view and click Confirm. The inventory displayed will now show inventory based on your additional location(s) selections.
View and Select Inventory – Zip Code
Similar to searching for inventory based on your current location, you can also find units within a specific zip code, including a radius (distance) from that zip code.
In the Search Locations box, select the Zip Code tab. Enter the zip code and distance. Choose the available locations you would like to view and click Confirm. The inventory displayed will now show inventory based on your additional location(s) selections.
Filter and Sort Options
Advanced Inventory also features powerful filter and sort capabilities. Click on any column header to sort units based on detailed criteria. For example, if you click the Rate column, you can sort units based on price.
Additionally, you can click the Unit Size or Description to search for specific units based on those attributes. Click on a specific size or description to further filter the inventory display.
