This report provides insight into calls that came in and went out through CRM.
Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.
Location - The location where the employee works.
Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through Storable CRM.
Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls into the Collection line.
Inbound Other Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Other.
Outbound Calls - The total number of outbound calls initiated through Storable CRM.
Outbound Follow-up Calls - The total number of follow up calls.
Outbound Collection Calls - The total number of Collection calls.
