Storable CRM

Install the desktop version of Storable CRM so team members can handle calls and follow-ups from their desktops without relying on a browser.

Quick start:
1. Download the installer
2. Run it as an administrator
3. Launch Storable CRM from your system tray.


Before you begin

If you already have the desktop version and need to update your existing software, see our help article.

Some companies require their IT personnel to install software. If you are not sure you have permission to download or install software, contact your IT department before proceeding.

If you have ad-blocking software or a firewall at your location, you may need to whitelist our URL (sys.callpotential.com) to access the web app. Contact your IT department if you are unsure how to do this or if you do not have access to make these changes. Download the desktop version of Storable CRM

  1. Click this link to download the installer: https://dl.callpotential.com/CallPotential.exe.

  2. Wait for the file to finish downloading to your computer.

  3. In the upper portion of your browser, click the Downloads button, then click the .exe file. In this example, click CallPotential.exe.

  1. When prompted, select Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device.

  2. Wait for the installer to complete.

  1. When the installation finishes, click the Show hidden icons button in your Windows system tray and locate the CallPotential icon.

  1. Right-click the CallPotential icon and click Open to launch the Storable CRM desktop application.

Troubleshoot a slow or stuck installation

If your installation is taking longer than expected, you may see an error message:

  1. In your Windows system tray, click the Show hidden icons button and locate the CallPotential icon.

  1. Right-click the CallPotential icon and click Exit.

  1. Return to the installer error screen and click Retry.

  1. When the installation finishes, click the Show hidden icons button again and locate the CallPotential icon.

  1. Right-click the CallPotential icon and click Open to launch the Storable CRM desktop application.
