Email a Lead or Customer Outside the Regular Schedule

Storable CRM

Use on-demand emails to follow up with leads and customers quickly while keeping communication organized in Storable CRM.

Quick Start
1. Open the interaction card for the lead or customer you want to email.
2. Start a new email from the interaction card and confirm the recipient address.
3. Add your subject and message, then send the email.
Text permission must be obtained to text a lead or customer.

  1. From the lead, customer, or history interaction card, click the Email Icon (A) in the information ribbon to open a blank email window addressed to the primary email on the record. If no email address appears, no email has been saved for that lead or customer.

  1. If multiple email addresses are available, use the Email Dropdown (B) to choose a different address.

  2. To add a new email address, select Add New (C) from the email dropdown and save the additional email. For customer records, additional emails are stored only in Storable CRM and are not transmitted to your PMS.

  1. To copy other recipients, select the option to Add Additional Recipients and add carbon copy (CC) (D) or blind carbon copy (BCC) (E) addresses as needed. CC recipients can see all other email addresses in the message, while BCC recipients cannot.

  2. Enter a clear email subject in Subject (F). This is what the recipient will see prominently in their inbox. If you choose an email template later, the subject line may be automatically populated.

  3. To reuse a standard message, click the Template Icon (G) and select a preconfigured email template from the list created by your management team, or leave it unselected and type a custom message directly in the email window.

  4. Adjust the appearance of your message using Formatting Icon (H) options such as font, layout, and links. Click the Formatting Icon (H) again to hide the formatting toolbar and view more of the email window. You can also drag the edge of the email window to resize it on your screen.

  1. Review the recipients, subject, and message content, then click Send (I) to deliver the email. After sending, a confirmation message appears at the top of the interaction card to indicate the email was sent successfully.

All emails sent to leads automatically include an unsubscribe link so recipients can opt out of these notifications.
