Managing the reasons available for delaying follow-up events keeps your team focused on meaningful lead interactions and maintains up-to-date, accurate CRM data.
Quick Start:
1. Go to your CRM administrative Settings.
2. Open the list of Follow-Up Delay Reasons.
3. Search for the reasons you no longer need.
4. Select the reasons to remove and delete the selected reasons.
Delete Follow-Up Delay Reasons
-
Open the administrative settings by clicking Settings (A).
-
In the settings menu, click Follow Up Delay Reasons (B) to view the full list of reasons that users can select when delaying a Follow-up event. Use this page to review existing reasons and decide which ones should be removed.
-
If the list is long, use Search (C) to search by description to quickly find a specific delay reason. As you type, the list dynamically updates to match your input.
(Optional) To delete multiple reasons at once, use the multi-select checkbox (D) at the top of the list or check multiple descriptions individually.
For each reason you want to remove, click the Select checkbox (E) next to its description. This marks the Follow-up Delay reason(s) to be deleted.
Click Delete (F) to complete the deletion. This removes the selected reasons from the options available when users delay a Follow-up event.
Note: The Delete button is enabled only after at least one reason is selected.
