Follow these steps to access Storable CRM reports and filter data to gain insights into critical business trends.
Access
Reports icon - Located in the left hand navigation column, click to access the Reports Dashboard. Once the Report list loads, click on the name of the report you want to access. Note: Some Reports specific to modules your organization doesn't subscribe to may contain incomplete information.
Report Structure & Filtering Options
Reports - Click to return to the Report Dashboard.
Arrow – Click the arrow in the upper-right corner to open the report's filter options. Filter settings get applied to all charts in the report.
Filter options may be unique to the specific report you are viewing and slightly different than this example.
Column width - Click the edge of the column you wish to resize and adjust either wider or narrower.
Sort - Click the column's title to access sorting options. Options include ascending or descending numerical order or alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order. You can also freeze a column (to keep it in view as you scroll), freeze up to a column (to keep all columns up to a particular column in view as you scroll), and unfreeze all columns.
Additional view / sort / print options:
Click the Maximize icon to view a larger report version.
Click the Sort Visual icon to sort your data based on specific criteria.
Click Menu options to unpin data totals, or export to a .csv or Excel file.
Reset, Undo & Redo options
From left to right, these icons represent the following actions:
Reset - Click to clear all filters, sorts, and adjustments to the column width.
Undo - Click to undo a specific action(s). You can undo several past actions.
Redo - Click to redo a specific action(s). You can redo several actions.
