Keep call and location evaluations accurate and consistent by editing existing gradesheets.
Quick Start
1. Go to Settings > Gradesheets to open the list of gradesheets.
2. Search for the gradesheet you want and open its edit view.
3. Update section titles, questions, and scoring as needed, then save your changes.
4. Archive or unarchive gradesheets to control which ones are available for use.
5. Adjust individual questions, scales, and scores so each gradesheet reflects your current evaluation standards.
Access Gradesheets

Open Settings (A) to access your available administrative configuration options.

Select Gradesheets (B) to open the full list of searchable gradesheets and the option to edit one.
Select a Gradesheet to Edit
Editing Calls and Locations gradesheets works the same way.
Use Filter by Type (C) to narrow the list to only Call or Location gradesheets.

Use Search (D) to enter part or all of a gradesheet name and quickly find a specific one.
Archive or Unarchive Gradesheets
These instructions apply when Active (E) is selected. If Archived (F) is selected, this process will unarchive gradesheets and make them available for use. You may select more than one gradesheet at a time.

Choose Active (E) to view only active gradesheets, Archived (F) to view only archived gradesheets, or All (G) to view every gradesheet.

Use the Archive Selector (H) checkboxes to select one or more gradesheets to archive or unarchive. You can also click the master checkbox at the top of the column to select all gradesheets in the list.

Select Archive (I) to archive the selected gradesheet(s), or to unarchive them when you are viewing the Archived list.
Edit a Gradesheet

Click Edit (J) next to the gradesheet you want to update.
Update the overall Gradesheet Title (K) so the name in the list reflects how this gradesheet is used.
Adjust each Section Title (L) so sections are clearly organized and focused on a specific part of the evaluation.
Drag Adjust Section Order (M) controls to rearrange sections into the order that best matches your grading workflow.

Use Delete Section (N) to remove any section whose points and criteria you no longer need on the gradesheet.

Select Add New Section (O) to introduce a new section with a starter question worth 10 points, then customize it as needed.
Refine Questions and Scoring
Edit each Grade Question Title (P) so the question clearly describes the behavior or standard you are evaluating.
Use Delete Question (Q) to remove questions, including their points and criteria, that you no longer want to score.
Select Add Question (R) to add additional questions; new questions appear below existing ones in the same section.
Update the Minimum Scale (S) label to describe the lowest possible performance level.
Update the Maximum Scale (T) label to describe the highest possible performance level.
Use Adjust Maximum Score (U) to change the maximum score for the criteria, allowing the grading scale, section, and grade sheet points to update automatically.

Toggle the N/A Checkbox (V) to mark a question as not applicable by default when grading calls, requiring users to deselect it to activate the question.
Save Your Updates
Select Save (W) to apply your edits and return to the gradesheet list.

Choose Cancel (X) to discard any unsaved changes and return to the gradesheet list.
