Why should I consider Storable CRM VoIP?
Storable CRM offers VoIP service as a simple solution in configuring your phones to use our CRM (Lead) services. While it is not a requirement for implementing our services, it is often an easier option than working with your phone company and typically saves you money as compared to traditional analog business service. CRM requires all of your Customer dialed lines to connect to the Storable CRM system. In order to do this, your Customer dialed lines must be ported (moved) or forwarded to Storable CRM. We then need a unique number/line at the location where we can send the calls to be answered. Storable CRM VoIP can be the simple solution for this unique location connection line.
What is the cost?
Storable CRM VoIP is $25/month per location. This cost includes VoIP service on up to 5 phones per location.
What equipment do I need?
You will need to order phones that are compatible with Storable CRM VoIP services. While you can order from any provider, you need to have a compatible VoIP phone. Click here to see compatible models.
How do I get started?
1. Confirm your internet speed meets our requirements.
2. Let your Storable CRM Customer Service Manager (CSM) know that you would like to implement Storable CRM VoIP as part of your phone configuration. Your CSM will ensure everything is set up on our end to activate your VoIP service.

4. Complete the initial phone set-up, following the applicable guide below.
