The new password cannot be the same as any of the last 4 passwords.

Email Notifications
These settings are specific to users with an Administrator or Manager role.
District Manager Frequency Report - Click the dropdown to select the frequency you will receive this report. Your options include None, Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Note: If you select Weekly, the system will ask which day of the week the report will be sent.
Receive Emails When - The next 6 options determine which actions in the system trigger an email notification.
A New Lead is Created - Email notifications will be sent to system administrators every time a new Lead is created.
A Lead is Deleted: Email notifications will be sent to system administrators whenever a Lead is deleted.
Delayed Collection Actions - Email notifications will be sent to system administrators whenever a system user uses the Promise to Pay feature on the Customer card.
Duplicate Lead is Created - Email notifications will be sent to system administrators whenever a duplicate Lead is created. This notification is important for administrators to note, as leads may form a negative impression of your company if they receive multiple communications at each step in the workflow.
An Urgent Note is Created - Email notifications will be sent to system administrators whenever a system user adds a note to the Lead or Customer card and designates it as Urgent.
Stale Follow-up (Lead is Not Followed-up With) - A stale follow-up occurs for manual events when those events are not acted upon by a system user within a predetermined amount of time, as indicated in Step (N). Because communicating with Leads quickly is so important, if these manual events do not get acted upon in a timely manner, a Lead may move on to one of your competitors.
Stale Followups Threshold (In Minutes) - Indicate how long a follow-up can be scheduled and left unaddressed before a stale follow-up email alert is sent to the email address in the system. The email will notify you of Leads awaiting follow-up and provide a link to the Lead Follow-up Report. Note: This is an individual threshold limit. Other administrators and managers will be able to configure their threshold limits and receive reports based on the information they enter.
