The purpose of this guide is to explain how locations that aren't integrated with a property management software can document which unit types have availability and how to assign discounts or other special offers. This information will then appear in the Lead card. Note: Since these locations aren't integrated with a PMS, system users will need to return to step (G) and manually update unit availability as units become available and get reserved.
Access
(A) Settings - Click to access your list of available system settings.

(B) Inventory - Click to access your Inventory and Specials list. The list will default to showing your inventory when you first access it. Note: Adding inventory and assigning specials is a multi-step process.
Step 1 (C) - Select the location
Step 2 (D) - Add unit types
Step 3 (F) - Enter unit information
Step 4 (K) - Add specials & assign the unit type
Select the Location
(C) Edit Location - Find the location you want the inventory and specials added and click the corresponding editing pencil.
Add Unit Types
(D) Units - The list will default to your unit list.
(E) Add Unit Type - Click to begin adding your unit information. You will need to begin with adding a unit type and then can add specific-unit inventory within the unit type.
Enter Unit Information
(F) Unit Type - Click the editing pencil to describe the unit type. Examples of unit types may include such things as Climate Controlled or Drive-up.

(G) Unit Information - Enter information you want added for this specific unit type. You will need to enter;
Unit dimensions
Total unit quantity
Current unit availability
Monthly rate
(H) Add/Remove a Unit - When you've finished adding unit information, you may click + to add more units within the unit type. Click - to remove the unit from the unit type.
(I) Remove a Unit Type - Click the trash icon to completely remove the type. This will also remove all the units you've added within the unit type.
(J) Add Unit Type - Click this to add another unit type. You can then repeat (G) to add additional units for that unit type.
Add Specials & Assign to a Unit Type
(K) Specials - When you've finished adding unit information, click this to add specials and assign them to unit types.
(L) Add Special - Click this to begin adding specials.
(M) Special Name - You will need to add the Special name. This is what will appear in your Inventory area of the Lead card. Examples of Special names may include 1st Month Free or $1 Move-in.
(N) Unit Type - Locate the unit types this Special will be attached to and click to highlight them. You may select more than one unit type at a time.
(O) Assign the Unit Type - With your specials selected, click the right-facing arrow to attach them to the special. Note: This process works in reverse to detach unit types from specials.
(P) Confirm - With all of your unit types assigned to the Special, click this to close the window. Note: You will need to complete step (Q) to finish the process.
Save the Information
(Q) Save - Click Save to complete the process. Once you click Save, both your inventory and specials will be available. Click here and refer to (KK) for more information on how this looks in the Lead card.
