Quick Start
Open the customer card for the existing customer.

Review the prefilled customer details and confirm the lead status is Active.
Complete the required fields, including text permission and marketing source.
Assign a unit in Inventory, then save the lead to add it to a Follow-up workflow.
Create the Lead
-
From the existing Customer card, click Lead (A) to start creating a new Lead for that Customer. To learn how to access a Customer card, click here.
Note: If the original Lead information was created in Storable CRM, the information will be replaced with new Lead information as you complete steps 3 through 7.
-
Choose how to proceed:
Click Create New Lead (B) to create a new Lead record associated with this Customer. This opens a new Lead card and lets you continue to the next step.
-
Click View Existing (C) to open the original Lead card instead. This does not create a new Lead record.
Review the Contact Header (D) on the new Lead card. This section is populated from the Customer record and cannot be edited, except for the lead status.
-
Confirm the lead status shows Active (E).
Update the Inquiry Type (F) if the default selection is incorrect for this Lead.
Select a Yes or No response for Did You Receive Permission to Send Texts (G). This field is required before you can save the Lead.
Choose the correct Marketing Ad Source (H) to show how the Lead discovered your facility. Examples may include Google, YellowPages, or a billboard. This selection appears in the Ad Performance report.
Assign the Lead a unit in the Inventory section of the Lead card before saving.
-
Click Save (J) after all required information has been entered. Saving adds the Lead to a Follow-up workflow and closes the Lead card. If the new Lead is saved in Storable CRM's web version, an email is sent to the location where it was saved, notifying users that a new Lead was created.
