Surcharging for SiteLink-integrated accounts

Surcharging enables you to charge tenants a percentage-based fee on the total transaction amount when processing electronic payments to offset costs associated with payment processing and credit card payment fees. Learn more in our help article.

New Rolled Over column on the Dashboard & Updated Answer Rate Calculation

We're adding a "Rolled Over" column in the Agent Status section of the Dashboard. This information presents rolled-over calls for agents, which are not included in the answer rate calculation. We’re also changing the answer rate calculation to exclude rolled-over calls. The updated answer rate calculation is Quantity of Answered Calls / (Quantity of Calls Presented - Quantity of Rolled Over Calls - Quantity of Abandoned Calls). Presented calls exclude rolled-over and abandoned calls. Learn more in our help article.

New Move-In Fields for Edge Accounts

We've provided Edge-integrated accounts with more lead information to capture during move-ins. Some of the new information you can enter includes brand-new Alternate Contact, Lien Holder, and Stored Vehicle tabs, along with additional fields for military service, driver’s license information, and more. We’re adding a private insurance option for Sitelink-integrated accounts during move-ins. This feature gives you more flexibility and helps integrate more comprehensive insurance info between Storable CRM and Sitelink. Learn more in our help article.

Additional call tracking data for Snowflake accounts

We’re adding more tracking data for Snowflake-integrated accounts. On August 19th, 2025, these accounts will have two additional columns at the end of the Track Call Center Tasks data table:

  • is_warm_transfer

  • is_cold_transfer

Surcharging enables you to charge tenants a percentage-based fee on the total transaction amount when processing electronic payments to offset costs associated with payment processing and credit card payment fees. Sync Lead & Collections Settings

We’ve added options to Location Leads Settings and Location Collections Settings to enable or prevent lead & tenant synchronization, and to enable or prevent follow-up communications for leads & tenants.

Mic Permission Update

Call agents connecting via computer are now prompted for mic permission immediately after connection, so the mic is ready for any calls for the remainder of the session. There are three options for mic permissions:

  • Allow while visiting this site - user’s microphone is connected for current and future sessions with the caller.

  • Allow this time – user’s microphone is connected for just the current session with the caller.

  • Never allow - user is connected with a No Mic status.

Enhanced Inventory Views

You can now view available units across multiple locations at once - making it quicker for leads to get the unit they want and become paying tenants. This new feature also displays different tiered pricing available for unit groups, the rate range for a unit group, and weekly rates (optional) for units automatically populated. Plus, improvements have been made to the Edge integration so that unit groups and applicable specials per unit group are directly aligned with Edge’s unit groups and promotions. Note: Enhanced Inventory Views is available for Storable CRM (Storable CRM) customers integrated with Edge (Edge).

Agent Stuck in “Connecting” Status

We resolved an issue that caused the agent to get stuck in the "Connecting" call status if they accepted a call, but the caller hung up before the agent was connected. Now, the call properly ends, the agent's status reverts to "Cooldown", and the agent is notified why the call wasn't connected.

“No Answer” bug fix

For inbound calls, we fixed an issue that changed an agent's status to "No Answer" if the call rolled over before the agent accepted or rejected it. Now, the agent's status remains "Ready."

Payment Link Update

We've implemented an update for Payment Links. A tenant can submit up to 5 payment link payments in a 12-hour period. If the tenant attempts a 6th payment within 12 hours, they will also be presented with this message: Maximum number of payments submitted. Please call to make a payment. This encourages tenants to call you directly and make any outstanding payments. See Payment Links for more information.

Note: Payment links are only available for customers with Collection Manager and Collection Manager Pro.

Bug Fix for Contact Center Calls

We resolved an issue that prevented calls from anonymous callers being presented to agents connected via SIP (aka VoIP). Now, agents are able to answer anonymous calls, similar to agents with computer and phone connections.

French-Canadian Support for Pay-by-Phone

Canadian facilities have the ability to add French-Canadian communication for both outbound and inbound collection calls. These options are available with creating new call routes, creating new collection workflows, and more. See Pay-by-Phone Overview for more information.

Canadian Address Support
Edge FMS users now have the ability to add a Canadian province to the lead script card. Canadian addresses are saved and transferred to Edge FMS when saving and moving in leads. The Canadian province configuration is enabled with the Text Box feature within the Script Card Designer.
