Use administrative settings to control CRM access, configure account behavior, and manage location, lead, marketing, evaluation, and user settings from one place.
Quick Start
Open any page in Storable CRM.
Select Settings in the upper-right corner.
Choose the settings category you need.
Open the specific setting to review or update its configuration.
Prerequisite
Administrators can access all account settings.
Users with the Manager role can access only User settings.
Some settings are available only if your account includes CRM, Performance Manager, or Contact Center.
1. Open Settings
Open any page in Storable CRM, then select the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Update General Settings
Use the General section to manage core account and location configuration.
Locations — View, add, or remove locations and configure location-specific settings.
Call Routes — View, create, and edit call routes, including location call route assignments.
Variables — Manage custom variables for scripts, campaign templates, and call routes.
Phone Numbers — Manage tracking numbers, edit tracking line settings, or acquire new tracking lines.
Script Card Designer — Build, edit, and assign cards or scripts used for new leads and follow-ups.
Preset Notes — Manage and enable or disable Quick Response Notes.
TXT Opt Out — Manage text consent and unsubscribe settings.
Other Disposition Reasons — Manage detailed options for calls dispositioned as Other.
Workflows — Create, edit, and assign follow-up and collection workflows.
Workflow Message Templates — Manage workflow email and text templates.
Inventory — Add unit types, units, and specials for non-integrated locations.
3. Manage Lead Settings
Use the Leads section to control lead-specific setup if your account includes CRM.
Lead Types — Manage lead types and assign workflows by lead type.
Follow Up Delay Reasons — Create, edit, or remove delay reasons for scheduled follow-ups.
Cancellation Reasons — Create, edit, or delete the cancellation reasons users can select for leads.
Competitors — Create a competitor list and assign competitors to locations for lead cancellations.
Rate Adjustment — Control which user roles can adjust unit rates.
4. Manage Marketing Settings
Use the Marketing section to maintain ad sources and ad types.
Ads — Manage marketing sources and ad names, including creating, editing, or archiving entries.
Ad Types — Add, edit, or archive the ad types available when creating ads.
5. Manage Evaluation Settings
Use the Evaluation section if your account includes Performance Manager.
Gradesheets — Manage the grading criteria for evaluating calls.
Evaluation Engine — Configure rules that automatically select calls for self or peer grading.
6. Manage Contact Center Settings
Use the Contact Connect (Contact Center) section if your account includes Contact Center.
Contact Center Configuration — Manage call queues, agent groups, agent assignments, and inactive reasons.
Agent SIP Connections — Set up SIP addresses or extensions for agents using VoIP phones.
7. Manage User Settings
Use the Security section to manage system users.
Users — Access, add, edit, or archive users.
