Scripts ensure a consistent sales process and that employees cover all key points in your sales process. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to remove a script card from availability in the system.
You must be signed into Storable CRM's web version as an Administrator to archive a script card.
Access
(A) Settings icon - Click to access all your available administrative settings.
(B) Script Card Designer - Click to see a list of all your script cards and the option to remove them from the system. Note: This will open to active script cards by default.
(C) Search - If the list of script cards requires a lot of scrolling and you know the name, enter it here. The list will dynamically update as you type.
Archive a Script Card
You cannot archive a script card if it is currently assigned to a location or is listed as the default.
Select the Card to Archive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to archive, click this (D) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and archive multiple cards at once.
(E) Archive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to remove the selected cards from the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system. Note: Archived script cards can be returned back to Active status by clicking (F) Archived and completing steps (D) & (E). When Activating a script card, (E) Archive will read Unarchive.
