Ensure call alerts from Storable CRM reach your team so no customer calls are missed.
1. Enable Windows system notifications for Google Chrome.
2. Turn off Focus Assist and its automatic rules.
3. Allow Chrome notifications for the Storable CRM URL.
Enable Windows System Notifications
Click Start (A).
Click Settings (B).
In Windows Settings, click System (C).
Click Notifications & actions (D), then confirm Get notifications from apps and other senders (E) is set to "On" and the top three checkboxes below it are selected.
In the Get notifications from these senders list, confirm Google Chrome (F) is set to "On," then click Google Chrome (G) to open its notification settings.
In the Google Chrome notification settings window, confirm that Show notification banners (H) is checked, Allow app to send important notifications when focus assist is on (I) is turned on, and Play a sound when a notification arrives (J) is turned on.
Disable Focus Assist On Windows
From the same System settings area, click Focus assist (K). This can be accessed from the same screen you used in steps D and E.
Confirm Focus assist (L) is set to "Off" and all Automatic rules (M) are turned off.
Enable Chrome Notifications For Storable CRM
In Google Chrome, click the 3 vertical dots (N) menu in the upper-right corner of the browser.
Click Settings (O).
In the left navigation, click Privacy and security (P), then click Site Settings (Q).
In the Permissions section, scroll down and select Notifications (R).
Under Default behavior, ensure Sites can ask to send notifications (S) is selected.
In the Allowed to send notifications section, confirm the Storable CRM URL (T) is listed. If it is not, click Add (U) and enter htts://sys.Storable CRM.com.
