Categorize every inbound call correctly so leads, customers, and non-storage inquiries are tracked and reported accurately.
Quick Start:
1. Open Storable CRM when a call comes in.
2. Accept the incoming call using the CallPop.
3. From the Greeting tab, decide whether the caller is an existing lead or customer, a new lead, or a non-storage caller and categorize accordingly.
You can use the app alert to open Storable CRM when you receive a new call if the app is not already on your screen.
Watch for the inbound call App Alert (A) to appear. Click anywhere on it to open Storable CRM.
If you use Storable CRM as a Location User, continue with section 2. If you use it as an Agent, continue with section 3.
Answer a Call From An Unrecognized Number as a Location User
When the CallPop appears, click Accept (B) to accept the call.
Answer the ringing phone if your setup requires it to connect with the caller.
Continue the conversation and then move to the Greeting tab to determine the correct caller type.
Answer a Call From An Unrecognized Number as an Agent
When the CallPop appears, click Accept (C) if the option is available.
If you are connected via computer, begin speaking with the caller using your headset once you click Accept (C). If you are connected via phone and do not see the Accept (C) or Reject buttons, answer the ringing phone to connect with the caller.
Continue the conversation and then use the Greeting tab to determine how to categorize the caller.
Use The Greeting Tab For Unrecognized Callers
Use the Greeting tab to identify whether an unrecognized caller is an existing lead or customer, a new lead, or a non-storage caller.
After greeting the caller, determine whether they are a current lead or customer, a new lead, or someone calling about a non-storage matter.
If you believe the caller is a current Lead or Customer, review the Lead & Customer Matches (D) section to see a list of potential matches across locations.
When you find the correct record in the matches list, click Open (E) to merge the unrecognized number with the existing record. Confirm the merge when prompted; the system opens the Lead or Customer card.
If the caller is a Lead or Customer but no matches appear, click Find (F) to search for additional matches. Confirm the merge when prompted; the system opens the Lead or Customer card after merging.
Categorize The Caller as a New Lead
When the caller is not already in the system and is interested in storage, classify them as a new lead.
From the Greeting tab, select Lead (G) to categorize the call as a Lead.
Work from the new Lead card that opens to capture details and progress the opportunity in accordance with your process.
Categorize the Caller as Non-Storage
When the caller is not interested in storage services, categorize the call appropriately to keep reporting accurate.
From the Greeting tab, select Other (H) to categorize the call as non-storage related.
If your management settings require additional detail, use the dropdown under Other (H) to choose the most appropriate category.
