The purpose of this guide is to explain the icons and their associated functions located at the top right of every Storable CRM page.
Depending on your system access level, you may not have the complete list of icons.
From left to right, the top-right icons are:
New - When a new Lead walks into your location, click this to open a new Lead card.
Search - Provides a way to search for both Customer and Lead records.
Notifications - Provides important task reminders.
Settings - Provides authorized users access to account configurations. Note: You must be assigned as an Administrator role on the account to have access to Settings.
Personal Settings - Click the dropdown to access and update such things as your username, password, and photo. You can also update the frequency of your email notifications as well as the reasons why you get notifications.
