Access
(A) Information ribbon - This can be found within any interaction card.
Place Call to the Primary Number
(B) Phone icon - Click to place the call. If you are connected via either phone option (VoIP or a traditional phone), your phone will ring. Answer the ringing phone and you will be connected. Depending on your management’s setting, you may need to also press 1 to connect. If you are connected via computer, you will be automatically connected.
Place Call to the Secondary Number (if available)
(C) Phone dropdown - Click to access a list of additional numbers saved to the account.
(D) Phone icon - Click the icon next to the desired number. If you are connected via either phone option (VoIP or a traditional phone), answer the ringing phone and you will be connected. Depending on your management’s setting, you may also need to press 1 to connect. If connected via computer, you will be asked to allow Chrome to access your microphone after clicking the phone icon. Clicking Allow will connect you to the caller. Note: If your call bar goes directly to No Mic status instead of connecting the call, you will need to update your microphone permission settings in Chrome.
End Call
(E) End Call icon - If connected via computer, click to end the call. If you are connected via either phone option, simply hang up the phone to end the call.
