Launching Storable CRM Desktop Version

Storable CRM


Quick start:
1. If the Storable CRM icon is already in your application tray, click it to open your dashboard.
2. If you do not see the icon, register the desktop app first, then relaunch it from the tray.

Launch Storable CRM from the application tray

Use these steps when Storable CRM is already installed and registered on your computer.

  • (A) Application Tray – Click the Windows application tray to view your available apps and locate the Storable CRM icon.

  • (B) Storable CRM Icon – Click the Storable CRM icon to open the app and load your dashboard. If you do not see the icon in your application tray, continue to Register Storable CRM below.

Register Storable CRM

Follow these steps the first time you set up Storable CRM on a workstation, or if you do not see the desktop shortcut.

  • (C) Storable CRM desktop icon – Double-click the Storable CRM icon on your desktop. If the icon is not present, install Storable CRM first by clicking this link and running the installer, then return to this step.

  • (E) Send Login to Email – After you double-click the desktop icon, a registration window opens. Enter the location email address for this facility in the (D) location email field, then select Send Login to Email.

  • (F) Log in to Storable CRM – Open the email sent to the location email from step (E), then click Log in to Storable CRM to authorize this workstation.

Note: Depending on your Chrome settings, an additional popup may appear asking to open Storable CRM. If you accidentally click Cancel in that popup, complete step (G). Otherwise, continue to step (H).

  • (G) Launch Storable CRM – When prompted, click the option to launch Storable CRM so it appears in your application tray.

  • (H) OK – Click OK in the browser prompt to complete registration and launch Storable CRM into your application tray.

Launch Storable CRM after registering

Once Storable CRM is registered on your workstation, use these steps to open it each day.

  • (I) Application Tray – Click the application tray to view the Storable CRM icon.

  • (J) Storable CRM Icon – Click the Storable CRM icon to launch the app and open your dashboard. Note: If you use the same email for multiple locations, complete steps (K) and (L) to choose the correct facility.

  • (K) Select Location(s) dropdown – Use the dropdown to select the location or locations you want to sign into.

  • (L) Launch – Click Launch to open Storable CRM to your selected location dashboard.
