The purpose of this guide is to explain how to check your internet speed, both for downloading and uploading information. Having adequate internet speed is vital for Storable CRM to successfully operate. Our Support team may ask for these test results before beginning to troubleshoot any issues. You may also refer to this guide to review our recommended internet speed after testing your connection.

Access the Test

· (A) Website - Open Chrome and enter https://www.speedtest.net into the address field. You may also click this link to go directly there.

Run the Test

· (B) GO - Click to run the speed test.

Email the Results

· (C) Results - Collect Ping, Download, & Upload data results and email them to crmsupport@storable.com or chat with Customer Support.
