Enable and record video calls so your team can connect with customers face-to-face and quickly reference past conversations for each location.
You must be logged into Storable CRM's web version as an administrator to complete these steps. Video calls are subject to limited availability.
Quick Start:
1. Open Settings.
2. Choose your location and select Edit.
3. Turn on Video Calls and Record Video Calls, then select Save.
Update Video Call Settings
Select Settings (A) from the main navigation to open your list of available system settings.
In Settings, select Locations (B) to view your complete list of locations, including active and archived ones.
From the Locations list, find the location where you want to enable or update video call settings, then select Edit (C).
Within the location details, select the Communications (D) section to access communication settings for that location.
Video calls must be enabled for your account for options (E)–(G) to appear under Location > Communications.

Use Video Calls (E) to enable or disable video calls for the selected location.
When video calls are enabled at the account level, all locations are automatically turned on.
Turn this off to prevent customers from placing new video calls to this specific location.

Review Customer URL (F) to confirm the unique URL customers use to start a video call with this location.
This URL is read-only. You can place it on your website, include it in emails, print it on office signage, or convert it into a QR code.
If you disable video calls for this location, the URL remains but is deactivated. When you re-enable video calls, the same URL is reactivated.
Note: Each location has its own unique video call URL.

Decide whether to record calls by toggling Record Video Calls (G) for this location.
Recording is automatically enabled for locations when video calls are turned on.
When enabled, recordings appear in the History tab on the Lead or Customer card and in the All & Unprocessed History list.
Note: If a payment window is accessed during a video call, the entire recording is removed to protect the customer's payment method.
Select Save (H) to apply your video call and recording settings and return to the Locations list.
