How Do I Check My Internet Speed?

Verifying your internet speed helps ensure Storable CRM runs smoothly and gives Support the information they need to quickly troubleshoot performance issues.

Quick Start
1. Open https://www.speedtest.net/ in Chrome.
2. Click GO to run the test.
3. Email your Results to crmsupport@storable.com or share them in chat with Customer Support.

Access The Speed Test

1. In Chrome, open the Website (A) by entering https://www.speedtest.net in the address field or by clicking this link.

Run The Speed Test

2. On the Speedtest page, click GO (B) to begin testing your connection.

Share Your Test Results

3. After the test finishes, review your Results (C) and collect the Ping, Download, and Upload values.

4. Email these results to crmsupport@storable.com or provide them to Customer Support via chat so they can assess your connection.

5. After you have your results, review them against our recommended internet speeds using this guide to confirm your connection meets Storable CRM requirements.
